A Bead Apart Jewelry Policies
Customer Service is definately NOT what it used to be - but it is a very important goal for A Bead Apart Jewelry.  We will make every effort to achieve that goal within the guidelines of the policies defined below.

Prices: prices are subject to change without notice.  We keep our prices affordable though we can not control material price fluctuations.

Returns: all sales are final; there are no returns or exchanges.  We strive to ensure your special-order pieces are made exactly as requested.  If you are dissatisfied, please contact us - in most cases we can work something out.  We want you to be happy with your purchase!

Product Guarantee:
We guarantee our workmanship and the quality of our materials for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.  Simply contact us to work out the details.  This guarantee is voided in the event that anyone not associated with A Bead Apart Jewelry works on the jewelry prior to us receiving it.  We do not guarantee against normal wear and tear.  We do not guarantee against mishaps resulting in the breakage of our jewelry but will happily repair it for a nominal fee.

Restringing:
We will adjust the length of any jewelry free of charge if we made an error creating your piece.  If the problem with the length is not the fault of A Bead Apart Jewelry, a restringing fee of a minimum of $5.50 will be charged.  More complicated pieces will incur a higher fee based on the time required and additional materials for the work.

Please contact us for any other beaded jewelry repairs, even if the piece is not from A Bead Apart Jewelry.  We will be happy to quote you a price for the repair work.

Fees:
Returned checks will incur a $30.00 fee.  Also, any credit card processing fees resulting from charge-backs will be charged to the customer.
